Path too long problem #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag an empty folder and tag another folder which has a file that 
has path too long
2. While in seamless mode , the file will not be sync over. 
3. Delete the path too long file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The meta data is not updated. But this will not cause any breakdown to the
system
