[UI] Progress Bar Remains on Screen after Tags are Removed #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag any 2 folders under the same tag (both folders can be empty)
2. Make sure the tag is in manual mode
3. Click "Sync Now"
4. The progress bar appears
5. Now, delete both folders physically
6. Try to "Sync Now"
7. The prompt will appear and tell you that you need to have more than one 
folder to sync. Click "ok". The folder list under this tag will also be 
cleared.
8. Progress bar remains.

It will be a good idea to clear the progress bar.
