Plugging out thumb drive while synchronzing #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Synchronize a large folder to a empty folder on thumb drive.
2. Without safety removing of the thumb drive, plug out the thumb drive.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Many possible outcome
1) Syncless may hang
2) Finalising will take longer than expected.
