2 Level rename in real time syncing #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag 3 folders
2. In one of the folders , create a folder in the 1st level , and within 
that same folder , create another folder ( second level)
3. Rename both created folders and sync over

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

By right there should only be a folder within the created folder. But 
another folder is created

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

still not fixed. will throw exception or program just crashes.
