Missing .syncless folder #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a folder and throw a file inside and sync over
2. Once synced , rename a folder and update the file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

All folders will record the same change. But .syncless has been deleted in 
the file level. Therefore causing some errors in the system.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
