[SynclessUI] Shortcuts not working under certain condition

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ctrl - A will create a tag
2. On the right , enter some tag that does not exist. And then backspace 
to clear the textbox.
3. Pressing ctrl - A again will not activate the shortcut for input box.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Prompt box ( short cut ) should appear after clicking on ctrl - A. To get 
the ctrl - A short cut key working again , click on details and then 
cancel. Users will then be able to use the ctrl - A shortcut again

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

User problem. Ctrl-A in create tag dialog is to allow the user to select all 
text.
