[SystemLogicLayer] Eject does not stop file transfer #28

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug in a thumbdrive , sync between a local drive and a big volume
folder in the removeable media
2. Eject the removable drive
3. The files are still synching over even after it has been ejected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

By right all the file synching should stop and no more files will be
copied over after ejecting

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Clearer explanation:

1. Tagged folder on thumb drive is set to seamless mode.
2. Have another folder on the computer which has the same tag name, and in
seamless
mode.
3. Plug in the thumb drive, files should start syncing across.
4. Now, use Syncless to Eject the drive, which should stop the
monitoring/realtime
process.
5. Files will continue syncing over.

Note: Not really a bug, more of a user interface issue. It is right behaviour
that
the files should complete the sync.

Eject have been changed to "Unmonitor Drive" instead. This will make the button
clearer
