Tagging from Shell Integration Generates Profiling and Tagging.xml to be generated in the root folder of the item tagged #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag a file/folder from Shell

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output. I should not see those 2 files being generated. I see
those two files generated.

Profiling and Tagging xml should be fixed. please check.

no more tagging.xml and profiling.xml generated in root folder.
