[Tagging + Profiling + CompareAndSync] Unable to detect corrupted XML format. #33

If the tagging.xml or profiling.xml is edited and it becomes corrupted, the 
system cannot detect such change and it will cause inconsistency in the 
system and unpredictable behaviour.

Malformed XML also happens to meta data due to process hanging. Must check for 
exception in future

As of now, the XML will simply be recreated if it's detected to be corrupted.
