[CompareAndSync] Long time to build the tree when syncing large volume of data #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag a folder with an empty folder and another folder with large volume 
of data
2. Sync the 2 folders
3. It will take a while to build the tree and complete the syncing process

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Same , just that it takes longer than expected

There is now feedback. Building tree is slightly optimized.
