Error after renaming levels >= 2 #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag a folder with a folder and a file within that folder
2. Rename the folder and file and sync over
3. Results will become corrupted
4. Clear all the data , create a folder and a file within a folder and 
sync over. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

A folder and a file should appear in all folder with the syncless.xml

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
