[CompareAndSync] Renaming more than 3 levels in a directory structure #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag 3 folders 
2.Since 3 levels of content : 1 - Folder , 2 - Folder , 3 - File
3.Rename all the 3 components added and sync over

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The different tagged folder will have different number of folders. 
Therefore causing the xml to be inconsistent as well.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
