[CompareAndSync] Buildervistor hash is not caught #44

The buildvistor will throw an error if a file that is being hashed is 
being currently locked.

Will not handle for 0.9 because we discovered it too late.

Fixed for 1.0. Files with error will simply be ignored during tree building.
