_syncless Metadata Issue with Deletion/Renaming #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tag 2 folders on the computer and 1 computer on a removable drive
2. They should be automatically synchronized
3. Remove the removable drive
4. Rename or delete one of the files in one of the 2 folders on the 
computer. They will be kept in sync.
5. Plug in the thumb drive.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The renaming or deletion should propagate to the thumb drive. It does not 
happen.

Developer Note:
This is a known issue with how metadata is handled.

rename and deletion are handled properly now.
