[CompareAndSync] Latest copy of file problem [line 140] #58

Tag C:\BBash and F:\BBash and synchronized a file test.txt. Go to manual 
mode. Edit the copy in F:\BBash. Change time to 5 minutes earlier to simulate 
change on another computer with different time and edit the copy in C:\BBash. 
Change back to seamless mode, F:\BBash copy of the file is being 
synchronized. However, the later change is made at C:\BBash. User may be 
asked to resolve conflict.
