[Filters] Unable to detect collision of case when user add same extension for both inclusion and exclusion. [line 97,122,138,64] #60

In manual mode, User added E:\BBash,empty folder and C:\BBash,not empty 
folder, exist file with .lol extension. User add *.lol as exclusion. User 
then add *.lol as inclusion. When click synchronize, both folders are not 
synchronized.

Refer to other issue. Syncless take exclude over include.

Syncless take Exclusion over Inclusion. However in the next release, we may 
restrict 
the user from creating such conflicting Filters.
