[CompareAndSync] Unable to synchronize when root of tag folder is not locked, but sub-directory/files of the root is locked. [line 135,137] #62

Sync-ed E:\NormalFolder ( thumb drive),empty folder, with 
C:\InnerLockedFolder,not empty folder, in seamless or manual mode. Adding tag 
with both folder has no error. However, the files in C: which are not locked 
is not sync-ed over and program does not detect locked-sub directories/files.

If the files are locked by Windows, there is nothing Syncless can do, and they 
will 
simply be ignored during building of the tree. Fixed so that program does not 
hang 
during this time.
