[CompareAndSync] Unable to handle Folder which are unable to create file and directory [line 136] #63

Sync-ed E:\NormalFolder(thumb drive),empty folder, with 
C:\UnableToCreateFolder,empty folder,in seamless mode. Adding tag to both 
folder has no error. However, when a new file is added in E:\NormalFolder, 
Syncless encounter problem and needs to close.
