[CompareAndSync] Unable to synchronize after an error which occurred previously [line 119,133,134] #65

Refer to issue 64.

1. created a new text file in H: (External), E: (Thumb) is not able to 
synchronize.

2. After case 4, remove tag for E: and add in tag for F: , is not able to 
synchronize.
