[Monitor] Seamless sync doesnt work [line 126] #73

1. f1 and f2 are 2 synchronized folders tagged under tag1
2. Rename f2 to fx. It doesn't sync. No problem. 
3. So you untag f2 and add fx to tag1.
4. Now changes from fx are propagated to f1 but changes in f1 are not 
propogated to fx.

Possibly known bug due to seamless. The new Implementation should have fix this 
problem

changes will be propagated in seamless mode.
