Monitor producing random result. #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to zip a file or some files using winzip.
2. Not sure about other utilities with zip function.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to have consistent type for the temp files created.
But when the temp files is being renamed, sometime it is reflected as a 
folder rename and sometime reflected as a file rename.
It is possible that the problem comes from FileSystemWatcher again.
