[Tagging] Sync with only one 'tag' folder? [line 27] #98

Program allow users to sync even when there is only one folder tagged. It 
should prompt an error message saying that it need at least 2 folders to 
sync.

Already implemented notification at UI level to inform user syncing with one 
tagged 
folder is not allowed.

user will be notified if only 1 folder is tagged and he tries to sync.
