Ability to generate read-only objects from stored procedures or views #284

Would be nice to be able to create an entity object from a stored 
procedure or view.  A read-only object would be just fine.  This used to 
be possible with the old templates at one point.

We should be including this functionality in the CSLA 2.5/3.0 templates.

Hello,

We have completed the initial feature set inside of SchemaHelper. We need to do 
lots of testing before upgrading the templates to the new version of 
SchemaHelper.
