Keywords collection can not be modified

Hi Tom,

When I open the keywords dialog from the main property window (latest
nightly build), I don't have the ability to add or remove items to the list
of reserved words. The buttons are disabled.

I tried looking for the CSharpKeyWordEscape file so I could perhaps edit
manually but couldn't see this in any of the template directories. Not
entirely sure I'm looking for the right file in the right place though.

I apologize for not responding to this sooner.
Blake, thanks for tagging it with NHibernate.

Correct, the MapCollection is not editable; it's really there just to show that 
it is
being used...however, it is being loaded from the CodeSmith Maps; so if you go 
to the
Map Editor Pane you can edit the CSharpKeywordEscape.csmap file.

We are currently in the process of doing a rather large over haul on the back 
end
(and configuration) of the NHibernate templates; I will add a task for making 
that
collection editable. :)
