SafeDataReader not added in ReadOnlyChildList.Generated.cst (VB) #427

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Generate with stored procedures
2.  No silverlight support selected
3.  Specify readonly child list then manually generate

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be a namespace added to import CSLA.Data

What version of the product are you using?
r1739
