Guys I notice that your distributing 2.5.1.x of Nunit.  This isn't VS2010 and 
.net 4.0 compliant.

NUnit 2.5.5 Released
NUnit 2.5.5 release is updated to work with the final release of .NET 4.0 and 
provides additional capabilities in defining theories. Several other bug fixes 
are included. See the release notes for details
