Include list preventing association generation #482

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the Include List with table full names (that include schema)
2. Generate
3. No associations will be generated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected associations, but none were generated.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Updated IsIgnored calls to use FullName instead of Name
