CSLA: varchar(MAX) rule with -1 #493

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. generate against a varchar(max) column in database
2. look at the .generated entities file ... it will set maxLength as "-1"
3. that's incorrect :-)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
do not create any MaxLength rule against varchar(max)
