Testing the datacontext #552

Currently the datacontext isn't suited for testing. In the passed I have used 
the following project to create an interface for my datacontext. I would be 
great if something like this could be implemented into PLINQO

Hello,

We will consider adding similar support to PLINQO in the future. This is 
something that we would need to add additional templates to accomplish.
