Code Smith 5.3.4 is not generating data access layer for CSLA. #589

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use CSLA template to generate solution with all the layers
2.CodeSmith 5.3.4 is not generating data access layer for CSLA.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Solution with UI, Business and Data Layer

Hello,

What is your DataAccessImplementation property set to in your Entities.csp 
file? Please delete your folder and rerun the QuickStart with the 
DataAccessImplementation property set an option starting with ObjectFactory.

How do you think we could make this more discoverable.
