PLINQO Dbml.cst template will not compile #618

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the dbml.cst template in Codesmith Generator Explorer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see template properties in Codesmith Generator. Instead I see 'Unable 
to compile template' error with stacktrace shown below.

What version of the product are you using?
Codesmith Generator 6.0.1 PLINQO 5.0.4/5.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Stacktrace:

'System.Collections.Specialized.INotifyCollectionChanged' in assembly 'System,

Hello,

Can you please see if you can reproduce this with the latest version of PLINQO 
and Generator 6.0.2

Same Issue. I suspect it's because I have Visual Studio 11 installed

Hello,

This should be fixed in the latest Generator 6.0.4 release. However, we have 
had some reports of it not working. Please update to 6.0.4, if you are still 
experiencing this issue, please let us know what version of Windows you are 
using. We will be releasing a 6.5 release candidate soon which has vs11 
integration.

I have VS2010 (10.0.40219.1 SP1 Release) and also VS2012 Express for Web 
(version 11.0.50727.1 RTM Release) and I get the same error!
My Codesmith version is 6.0.4 Revision 14436
Error:
Error   26  The base class or interface

Hello,

You will need to contact support@codesmithtools.com for a link to Generator 
6.0.5 which resolves all issues when VS 2012/.NET 4.5 RTM is installed.

Hi I am currently using VS 2012 .NET 4 / 4.5 and using CS 6.5 and having the 
same problem and not sure how to get around this.
