CSLA r2556 VB.net ExistCommand.cst Async code will not compile with Option Strick(Patch included) #631

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate code using ExistsCommand and your get a compile error. 

VB doesn't do as nice a job as C# with inferred variables.

Attached is the patch.
