Web API - Controller folder #668

With regards to the Web API templates you’re working on… May I make a 
suggestion?  What would you think about generating the Web API controllers in a 
“API” folder versus the “Controllers” folder?

This issue was updated by revision r2900.

Updated WebAPI projects generation to the RTM Release.
Added the ability to specify an API Controller directory and namespace (Contrib 
Mark).
Fixed a bug that would occur when generating against many to many relationships.
