Plinqo ef navigation should be generated as a partial view #672

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate against large sample webcert DB
2. Open any of cshtml
3. Navigation included into each page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Partial view with navigation.

What version of the product are you using?

Latest nightly build.

Please provide any additional information below.

probably not as we are not happy with are looking into Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC 
as wrappers rather than java script as supporting even in VS 2012 is a pain of 
so much javascript...

Thanks for your feedback. The generated Kendo UI is meant to be an example of 
what can be done with Generator and  WebAPI. It's not for everyone and can be 
disabled by removing the kendoui CodeSmith Generator Project output for kendo.
