Plinqo EF WebApi - *.min.js and *.min.css are ignored in MVC 4 due to default optimization behavior #673

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate as WebApi
2. Open web app
3. Notice that all js and css are missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everything works awesome, but nothing works

What version of the product are you using?
Latest nightly build
