Entity Framework Quick Start app not working #686

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create an entity framework project using Quick Start with my database

Server Error in '/Clearview.Web' Application.

Schema specified is not valid. Errors: 
Clearview.csdl(382,21) : error 0005: The 'Name' attribute is invalid - The 
value 'fk$app_comm_audit$app$application_id' is invalid according to its 
datatype 'http://schemas.microsoft.com/ado/2008/09/edm:TSimpleIdentifier' - The 
Pattern constraint failed.
Clearview.csdl(382,65) : error 0005: The 'Association' attribute is invalid - 
The value 'Clearview.EntityFramework.fk$app_comm_audit$app$application_id' is 
invalid according to its datatype ...
