BrownPosDemo runs a really long time with Mallet #213

This issue was created by revision r1232.

BrownPosDemo runs for a really long time (or has recently started throwing an 
exception).  It's my understanding that there's not much TC support for Mallet 
right now, so I replaced Mallet with CRFSuite, and added a test.
The test generates a lot of stdout statements from CRFSuite, but we're already 
using "crfsuite tag -q" hushing, so I don't see what else can be done.
