Add an "invite friend" option #132

It might be useful to provider users with an "invite friend" option to send
an email to friends to let them know about DNK, either in the registration
page or in the profile page.

Agreed, though there should be a check to ensure that folks don't get spammed
(multiple invites in a short period of time).

How about using Phil's Honeypot Captcha to block bots from submitting.
