Send trackback does not works properly, if there is query param in the url.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. LogIn go to submit new story
2. Add a url wiht '?' , let's say , http://abc.com?Item=1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The item will be to donetkicks, but wont send a proper trackback to the 
site.

What version of the product are you using?
Lastest source from google code.

Please provide any additional information below.

Downloading the source in the local system found out that, GetTrackbackUrl
routine fails for any query parameters.
