Story not found but when I want to submit it, it exists #225

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to kick this:

or 

2. Try to add the story

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Expect to get to the kick screen. Instead, "Sorry, we could not find
that story"

2. expect to add the story, instead, "That story already exists"

What version of the product are you using?
?

Please provide any additional information below.
The story worked just after I submitted it, and I could kick it.
