Ajax ban from the spy screen #237

It would be very convenient to be able to banninate users from the shout 
screen.  In particular, the mass joins that (hypothetically) don't matter 
anymore but still bug the living **** out of me.  I used to click on the 
twenty-or-so accounts and ban them individually.  A nice link after each 
spy entry to ban on user actions and delete would be very convenient.
