Import the Java User libraries for the Eclipse project #1

Hi, 

the project is using some Java User Libraries in Eclipse (like JIBX, MULE,
etc.). I can figure that out myself, but wouldn't it be nice to make those
User Libraries downloadable or at least to provide some instructions how to
set them. Or am I missing something fundamental here?

?? I don't understand. 
The the plugin Mule IDE, you don't have to include mule's libs. 
Concerning the others, you might have to include them urself. Try to look into 
the
full env file.
