Make the Edit Envelopes and Edit Accounts for user friendly. #25

As it is now when changes are saved the tree structure goes back to 
predetermined state. partially open or all the way open. This gets annoying 
especially when there are several accounts.

Make it so that every change is incremental. A rename goes an renames the 
node in the tree, not rebuilding the tree.

Also while in these editing forms make the name gray out in the tree if the 
envelope/account is closed.

Suggest instead, to make a data grid view of all the accounts. with filters and 
sorting.
