What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing Flare

What is the expected output?

Flare to provide the option in the installation wizard to startup with Windows, 
toggled off by 
default.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0 on Windows 7.

I agree, it should be an option. I'll try to add this in the next release.
