Cannot install on Windows 8 #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Setup.msi
2. Prompts for .NET Framework 2.0 to be installed in the system
3. Clicking 'Yes' takes to a page from where .NET Framework can be download, or 
clicking 'No' just quits the installer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Windows 8 comes with .NET Framework v4.5 installed. Also, if any version of 
.NET Framework greater than v2.0 is installed, the installer should proceed 
with the installation.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8 Pro

Please provide any additional information below.
I have .NET Framework v4.5 installed on Windows 8 Pro
