Schema 23 Sandbox

I'm seeing an issue on sandbox in the schema editor's new Enumerated Namespace 
flow. Once you get to the enumereated namespace dialog, you can click "or 
choose existing". Once doing so, the link changes to "cancel", at which point 
clicking it should take you back to the original dialog state. However, doing 
so on Sandbox yields a dialog that is missing the text input box. I don't see 
this issue locally (in trunk) so somehow the bug arose since the original 
branch.

This was fixed on schema 23 which should be up with the next push.
