Tooling for specifying deployment configurations #15

In terms of configuring deployments, a specific deployable version VABCDE of 
Gmodel  is defined by the following information:
      1. The list of datastores that is compatible with the version of the Gmodel kernel (B), with each datastore identified via 
      1. <environment>
      2. <environment version identifier>
      1. The version of the Gmodel kernel
      2. The version of the Web based Editor
      3. The version of the Eclipse based Editor
      4. The version of the repository software

Within the Gmodel Editors, we must have the ability to switch dynamically 
between the different datastores A(a, b) that are compatible with the running 
version VABCDE of Gmodel.
