What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output?
The ability to invoke addToCommand(), removeFromCommand(), addToQueries(), and 
removeFromQueries() from the WebUI.

Note: This functionality is essential to allow users to construct and modify 
instances via the UI in exactly the same was as via the Java based API. Without 
this functionality the above functionality is only accessible via the API. 
Would be really nice if this could be tackled this month (Nov 2011).
