Work around Microsoft Sharepoint Web service bug subsite > 1000 #32

When there are more than 1000 sites in a site collection, the GetSite()
call returns nothing in <webs/>

Can we find an alternative to the GetSite() call? 

And let's find out the impact to security (who can make this call)
configuration & potential changes to the documentation.
