Detect the Sharepoint Server version (i.e. 2003/2007)from the Crawl URL 
provided by the user and take the necessary actions accordingly.

Connector, now, detects SharePoint-version for each discovered site on its own. 
This
allows more flexibility while crawling when a site of different type (say 
SP2003) is
discovered by a connector which has been configured to crawl SP2007 sites.
